With over 33 years of experience, 23 in senior management positions, Rajan joined AES in 2009 as General Manager – Finance.

In addition, Saif is well-versed in the energy transition, having delivered the PDO’s first energy management plan towards net-zero emissions for the Company’s South Directorate. He has demonstrated expertise in turn-around and change management, with a proven track record in strategic results delivery. Throughout his distinguished career, Saif has led several business development mandates, with a particular focus on bottom-line cost optimization and complex organizational efficiency. Prior to joining Abraj, Saif held senior positions in Petroleum Development Oman (PDO), where he played an instrumental role in the development and implementation of the Company’s strategic projects.
Saif is a well-rounded leader with more than two decades of experience in the energy sector, covering end-to-end processes in production, drilling, contracts, procurement, technology, and innovation. Saif Al Hamhami serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Abraj, where he is responsible for implementing the Company’s robust growth strategy and reinforcing its position as a leading oil and gas field services provider.
